ADLARD Patricia Claire (Pat) Patricia Claire Adlard Passed away peacefully on 28th April, aged 84. Dearly loved mother to John, Peter, Tony and Rachel. Precious memories of our lovely mother, always smiling and caring. Mum loved being in company and loved her extended church family. Mum will now be reunited with our father John forever. Many thanks to staff at Longhill House and to those who cared for her. All welcome to the service at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium (small chapel) on 30th May at 11am, followed by a celebration of her life at Hull Sports Centre. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired will go to an Alzheimer's charity.
