'PAT' Patricia Marion (Smith) With heavy hearts, the family announce, Pat aged 90 years of Basford, Stoke-on-Trent, passed away peacefully on Sunday 26th October 2025 with her son Edward by her side. Much loved mum to Helen , Richard, Edward and Nicholas, treasured nan to Ashley, Beth and Amy, cherished great nan to Jesse and Sarah and fondly remembered by George. Pat will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Service to take place on Friday 28th November at St Wulstans' RC Church, Wolstanton at 12.45pm followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.
