ABBEY Roy Passed away peacefully on
7th May 2026, aged 89.
Beloved husband of Linda,
loving father to Paul, devoted stepfather to
Zoe and David, and adoring Opa.
He is preceded in death by his treasured
wife, Jean, and much-loved daughter, Karen.
Roy was a dedicated and respected music teacher whose passion inspired generations of students throughout his career. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Roy's funeral service to be held at
St Mary Magdalene Church, Keyworth on
Thursday 11th June at 2:00pm,
followed by the burial at
Wysall Lane Burial Ground, Keyworth.
